Photoshop Tutorial

Select this auto shape.

Draw the shape as shown :-

Now apply these layer styles in it :-

Again, select the next autoshape as shown :-

Set the foreground color to white and draw the shape above the black ring which we created using layer styles (more specific :- with satin layer style)

Rasterize the layer. Use high feathered eraser and erase most of the part, leaving the part as shown. Gel filled ring is ready :)
