Select this autoshape :-



Drag this shape while selecting red as foreground color.



Apply these layer styles in it :-







Now, draw this circle with ellipse tool :-



Apply these layer styles in it :-



Select this gradient :-







Now, select this autoshape :-



Drag the shape as shown. Again, choose red color as foreground.



Send the shape back by pressing ctrl+alt+shift+{. Apply these layer styles in it : -
